Refund and Return Policy
1) Cancellation before shipping
To cancel your order before shipping, please send us an email within one hour to info@koesmetik.de with the subject Cancellation before shipping and stating your order number. Customer service will then take care of canceling your order before it is shipped. Since our warehouse employees always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping costs must be borne for orders that have already been shipped and can only be refunded in exceptional cases.
2) Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days as long as they have not been opened and/or used and are still in their original packaging. The costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer. As soon as we have received and checked the return, the value of the goods will be refunded to the original means of payment. The refund does not include transport costs (exception: 2.2).
Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging via a shipping company of your choice to the following address (you must create the return label yourself):

We recommend that you send the return insured so that you can track your return.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept product returns that deviate from these guidelines. These include products:
- whose seal has been opened
- that have been used/tested
- which show damage
- that were filled elsewhere
- without original packaging
2.1 ) Damaged or defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged or otherwise faulty, please send us a photo immediately to info@koesmetik.de stating your order number so that our customer service can immediately arrange a replacement delivery (we will use a DHL return label for the return). sent to you) or refund can be taken care of. Items that show expected wear and tear will not be refunded.
2.2) Transport damage
If your order is damaged in transit, please send us a clear photo to info@koesmetik.de, in this case the shipping costs can be reimbursed by KÖsmetik.
3) Skin reactions
If you cannot tolerate one of our products or your skin shows an undesirable reaction, we recommend that you stop using the product. In such cases, please send us a photo to info@koesmetik.de so that customer service can help you as quickly as possible.
