Refund and Return Policy

1) Cancellation before shipping

To cancel your order before shipping, please send us an email at info@koesmetik.de within one hour with the subject "Cancellation Before Shipping" and include your order number. Customer service will then take care of canceling your order before it is shipped. Since our warehouse staff always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping costs must be borne for orders that have already been shipped and can only be refunded in exceptional cases.

2) Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days, provided they have not been opened and/or used and are still in their original packaging. The costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund of the product value will be processed to the original payment method. The refund does not include shipping costs (exception: 2.2). 

Please return the goods to us in their original packaging via a shipping company of your choice to the following address (return label must be created by yourself):

"For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept product returns that deviate from these guidelines. This includes products:"

- whose seal was opened

- that were used / tested 

- show the damages

- were filled otherwise

- without original packaging

2.1 ) Damaged or defective products:

If the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise faulty, please send us a photo immediately to info@koesmetik.de along with your order number, so that our customer service can promptly arrange for a replacement (a return label from DHL will be sent to you for the return) or a refund. Items that show expected wear and tear will not be refunded. 

2.2) Transport damage

"If your order has a transport damage, please send us a meaningful photo to info@koesmetik.de; in this case, the shipping costs can be refunded by KÖsmetik."

3) Skin reactions

If you are intolerant to one of our products or your skin shows an unwanted reaction, we recommend not to continue using the product. In such cases, please send us a photo at info@koesmetik.de so that our customer service can assist you as quickly as possible.
