How can I pay my order?

We accept the following payment options: PayPal, Amazon Payments, Sofortüberweisung, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna.

How much are the shipping costs?

From an order value of 20 euros we deliver free of charge within Germany. All further details about shipments under €20 or abroad can be found here: Shipping and payment conditions

How do they deliver?

By insured DHL package or by DHL Warenpost. You can see the shipping options at the end of your ordering process.

What to do if an item is defective or missing?

If your delivery arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact our customer service at info@koesmetik.de or via our free customer chat in the shop.

How do I return an item?

We offer you to send your return shipment back to us via DHL. In the event of a return, we will be happy to send you an online return form by email. You can hand in your return to us at a DHL branch.

However, this is not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

How is my return processed?

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email from us. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the corresponding credit amount within 14 days.

Will my credit be applied to another/new order?

Basically no. If you have ordered several orders from us and return one of them, the credit for the return will not be offset against outstanding payments for other orders. The return will be reimbursed according to the payment method you chose when ordering.

How do I redeem the vouchers online?

Redeeming your voucher card is very easy! First put the items of your choice in the shopping cart as usual. Below the shopping cart, click on the “Redeem voucher” area. All you have to do now is enter your voucher card number and PIN in the fields provided. We'll take care of everything else for you!

I can not log in. What can I do?

Did you forget your password? Then use the “Forgot password” function in the login area. If you do not receive a new password from us by email within 20 minutes, you are no longer registered with a customer account with us. In this case, use the “New Customer” function to register again.

How do I change my delivery/billing address?

You can easily adjust and change your billing and delivery address yourself in your customer account under “Addresses”.
