We deliver to Germany, all other EU countries and the non-EU destinations listed in the shipping table below.
If the order is not picked up within the storage period at the post office or returns due to an incorrect shipping address will be

For international weight tiers, the shipping weight includes packaging. Thresholds refer to the value of goods after applicable product discounts, excluding shipping. Free EU shipping is applied automatically at checkout. For subscriptions, this EU shipping benefit applies to the first delivery; subsequent deliveries follow the agreed subscription terms.
For international orders over 5 kg or requiring several parcels, please request a shipping quote before ordering at info@koesmetik.de.
